Abstract

The system of continuous advancing education is based on the possibilities of creative individualized expression of each of the subjects of the educational process. The advanced nature of pedagogical processes requires appropriate preliminary design. The term of design appeared in the field of technical sciences, architecture, and construction. In modern science design is understood as one of the methodological approaches of modern education, which is based on the preliminary development of the main details of future pedagogical activities. Designing meets the principles of purposefulness, expediency, and efficiency. When designing developers search for an optimal solution to the problem. The design object is a system that consists of logically equivalent or hierarchical sub-systems. Designing takes place taking into account possibilities of development and changes of the object and sphere of activity. Designing is divided into two opposite functional types: the adaptation to the conditions of the existing environment and the transformation of the system. According to individual or new values and conditions. in the structure of pedagogical design there is distinguished psychological and pedagogical design of educational processes (through training, formation, and upbringing) and so-cio-pedagogical designing of the educational environment as the basis for such processes. A pedagogical project consists of a description of the status of the object of pedagogical management, description of its prob-lems, dynamics of the transition of the object from the initial state to the predicted, list of methods and means of influence on the factors that determine the status of the object, description of the means of change control, determination of the period of action and a description of the remedies in the project itself and its results. The peculiarities of a pedagogical project are that the project describes still existing objects; involves the unity of the theory and practice of organizing the educational process; the target idea is person-development interaction; the project must be implemented in practice; the project is normative and determines the level of execution of certain actions.
