FEATURES OF PREPARATION BY THE COURT FOR CONSIDERATION OF CASES ON THE ADOPTION OF UKRAINIAN CHILDREN BY FOREIGN NATIONALS

Abstract
The article examines the issue of the necessity for a preliminary hearing in cases of adoption of Ukrainian children by foreign nationals. In particular, the scientists’ opinion on this issue and judicial practice is analyzed. It is concluded that in cases of adoption, where relatives of the adopted child does not wish the adoption, where the parents have their own opinion on the matter, which has points of contention, a preliminary hearing must necessarily be carried out. It is noted that at the opening of proceedings in the case may raise questions about the privy to summon, reclamation of additional documents, that during the court proceedings leading to the postponement of the case, delaying the process, which, in turn, negatively affects the child himself. In particular, children adopted by foreigners, are in need of special protection, considering the fact that the child leaves the country.
