The limits, significance and features of the beginning of pre-trial investigation of the specified crimes are determined. Among the features of the launch of a pre-trial investigation of deliberate killings committed on orders using explosive devices, it has been pointed out that the investigator is limited in the choice of means to verify the information received. There may be only one investigative (wanted) action an overview of the place of the event, as well as non-procedural actions, such as the search for eyewitnesses of the event and the selection of explanations for them, verification of the availability of fixing hardware in the area of the explosion and the territory adjacent to it, the organization of the search for offenders hot pursuit, dispatching orientations to the neighboring territorial units of the National Police. The indicated actions are carried out in order to collect information about the crime event and its presence in the killing, victims and persons involved, as well as to establish eyewitnesses and other knowledge about the circumstances of the perpetrators. At the same time during their conduct the investigator can make inferences about the method of committing a crime, the person of the offender and the victim. That is, versions that can choose the correct direction of pre-trial investigation can be pre-arranged, they will provide an explanation of all circumstances which are subject to proof in criminal proceedings and of importance for the establishment of the truth. At this stage, the signs of the specified type of criminal offenses are detected by collecting criminally relevant information, which allows for the preliminary legal qualification of unlawful acts and determines the direction of pre-trial investigation.
