FINANCING OF SCIENTIFIC, SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL WORKS OF ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINE AS A GUARANTEE FOR RISING OF THEIR COMPETITIVENESS

Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the article is the research of financing volumes of the scientific, scientific and technical works in the national and foreign practice and the development of theoretical and practical recommendations for improving financial subsystem of their development at the level of national enterprises. Methodology of research. Systematic approach to consideration of problems of financing scientific, scientific and technical work of enterprises in Ukraine is the theoretical and methodological basis of research. General scientific and special methods, such as analysis, synthesis, logic synthesis and graph-analytical, are used during the study. Diagnostics of the current state for financing of scientific and technical activity and improving financial subsystem for the support development at the level of national enterprises is conducted by using of these methods. Finding. It is established that accelerate the implementation of the European integration intentions of Ukraine requires the development of scientific and technical activity at the level of national enterprises. Thus, scientific and technical studies are a source of economic growth of the country in the era of the development of economics of knowledge. The analysis of the volume and the sources of financing of scientific and technical work in Ukraine demonstrate the existence of problems related to the shortage of funds outflow of scientific personnel. It is determined that that the lack of funds for innovation in the conditions of low level of innovative activity of enterprises requires substantial government financial, legal, technical, consulting support aimed at the development of the public and private partnerships, internal corporate and inter-corporate relations in scientific, technological and innovation spheres. The state should ensure the acceleration of the integration process towards joining the EU economic space and stimulates the development of innovative ideas and approaches, innovative activity at the enterprise level through the development of priorities of innovative strategy that will lead to increased competitiveness and investment attractiveness of domestic enterprises. Originality. Theoretical and practical recommendations for improving the system of financial support for the development of scientific and technological work of enterprises are developed in the article. Practical value. The obtained results of research can be used by enterprises, institutions and organizations, representatives of state and local authorities in the development of measures aimed at finding of new sources for financing of scientific and technical activities of enterprises to improve their competitiveness.
