FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF EDUCATION IN STUDENTS OF AGRICULTURAL HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF VALUABLE RELATIONSHIP TO AGRICULTURAL WORK

Abstract
The article summarizes the experience of upbringing the value attitude to agricultural labor of students of agricultural higher educational institutions. It is established that in foreign countries the main ways of educating the value attitude towards work in the agro-industrial complex are the following: students are motivated to highly skilled agricultural labor as the main condition for their career growth and well-being; the content of education in agricultural higher schools directly and indirectly affects the awareness of the value of agricultural labor; during practical classes on industrial practices on the basis of agricultural holdings, a value attitude to labor in the agrarian sphere is formed; involvement of students in the development of projects and participation in various programs; creation of conditions for active participation of students in the work of public organizations; organization of meetings with famous and successful farmers.
