FOREIGN LANGUAGE EDUCATION OF ADULTS IN THE CONTEXT OF EDUCATIONAL GLOBALIZATION*

Abstract
The article deals with the content of foreign language education in different countries. There are presented the basic strategies, trends and forms of foreign language education of different categories of adults as well as the purpose and structure of language courses at specialized institutions. There are described peculiarities of language training centers for different categories of adults, special features of translation services functioning.
