Forensic description of trace pattern of misappropriation of firearms made by serviceman

Abstract
The article explores the trace pattern of illegal movement of firearms. The author notes that during a pretrial investigation the investigator is not interested in the termi-nological value of the studied objects and their substantive content, which must be a set of traces (material and ideal), leaving during the Commission of a crime, so in the eyes of the author in scientific discussion more acceptable is the term trace pattern and not the trace setting. Trace the picture of the illegal movement of firearms is characterized by ideal and material traces of the crime. The source of perfect trails is the relevant categories of witnesses, victims, accused persons (suspects). The material traces the movement of firearms can be categorized in the following groups. Knowledge of the trace of the painting as an element of criminalistic characteristics of illegal movement of firearms is essential during the investigation of these crimes, as dazole investigation to fill in the gaps malopodatliva trace pattern at the initial stage of the investigation. Trace pattern plays an important role and is of particular importance when between it and other elements of criminalistic characteristics of the detected correlation that allows to predict the existence of unknown elements in the presence of a number of known.
