Abstract
The article deals with the legal status of the Parliament which has been analysed accordingto the provision soft he Serbian Constitution of the second half of 19th – early 20th century. The place of the Parliament in the publica genciesha sbeen well established system and its legislative power shave been an alysed. The significance of the Parliament in the Serbian society has been special lyhigh lighted.
