FORMATION OF THE INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR ANALYSIS OF TECHNICAL SUPPLY OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS

Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the study is to generalize existing system of information support for analysis of technical insurance of agricultural producers and to substantiate proposals for its further development. Methodology of research. In the process of research, following scientific methods were used: dialectical, monographic, systematization and generalization when considering the main sources of information on the technical support of agricultural enterprises; in studying the process of formation of statistical reporting concerning the state of technical provision of private peasant farms; substantiating the reasons for the subjectivity of information in the household books. Findings. It was established that the analysis of the technical support of agricultural enterprises involves the calculation of numerous indicators regarding the level of availability of certain types of equipment per unit area or unit of head of agricultural livestock. It was revealed that the basic document for the identification of agricultural machinery is the statistical form of the 10-mex, which represents the quantitative index of all technical resources, regardless of the ownership of it and its technical condition. It is proposed to take into account the production technology based on the energy supply index, as well as the holding of the all-Ukrainian agricultural census in order to create an information base on technical support personal peasant farms. Originality. Proposals on use of energy supply index of production process in process of assessing availability of technical resources for agricultural enterprises, namely giving it more weight, were made. It is proposed to conduct an all-Ukrainian agricultural census in accordance with recommendations of FAO with a frequency of 10 years. Practical value. The results obtained during the study will contribute to the development of information support for agricultural production.
