ФОРМИ ПУБЛІЧНОГО АДМІНІСТРУВАННЯ В ОРГАНАХ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ПОЛІЦІЇ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
In the article the author studies scientific approaches to the definition of the essence, features and forms of public administration in the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine. On the basis of the analysis of scientific works in the field of public administration, an author’s definition of the term “forms of public administration in the bodies of the National Police” is proposed. Based on the classification of management forms that have been studied in the scientific literature, a classification of public administration forms has been carried out in the National Police of Ukraine, among which it is proposed to single out legal and organizational forms.
