FRANCH EXPERIENCE IN UNIVERSITY EDUCATION MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article analyses the French experience in the management of modern university education, which enables he Ukrainian higher education institutions to absorb their mechanisms. In order to modernize national higher education system in effective way, it is reasonable to study the genes is of the French university educational management systems. It performs good example of educational development and allows us to adopt their ideas along with European integration. Consequently, the goal of the article is to analyze peculiarities and innovations influence on the educational structure as an important component of educational development. The goal led to the formulation of the following tasks: 1) define the preconditions of modern French university education management; 2)Find out types and structure of nowadays universities, the place of universities in the higher education system of modern France, their management, study organization; 3) Analysis and compare current management processes French and Ukrainian higher education. There are many historical, pedagogical, comparative and sociological researches dedicated to abroad university education have been conducted by Funnels G., B. Vulfsona, L. Herasinoyi, A.Gluzman, VladimirGrachev, V. Dikan, V. Kapranova, T . Koshmanovoyi, O. Kuznetsova, V.Lugovoi, A. Maksimenko, L. Puhovskoyi, Sukhomlinsky A. Parinova, G. Poberezkoyi, Shunevycha B. etal. Preliminary scientific study has shown that there is no integrated research which in visage characterization of theoretical and methodological foundations, historical and social factors and development trends in the modern French university education management in terms of its theoretical and practical value and feasibility of potential usage particular ideas and practical achievements.The following research materials can be used further in order to identify strength and weaknesses of Ukrainian educational management system and make it up to the European higher education level.
