THE CONCEPTION OF FOREIGN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE FOOD INDUSTRY ENGINEERS IN HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract
The author of the article attempts to develop a concept of foreign language training of future food industry engineers in higher educational establishments. The logic of the concept is realized in the ideas that: the level of foreign language training of future food industry engineers is determined, first of all, by the level of formation of their foreign language professional competence; in turn, to ensure a high level of formation of foreign language professional competence of students is impossible without taking into account, on the one hand, the specifics of the content and methodological constructs of this field of training, and on the other hand by personal psychological qualities and the abilities of students. Didactic goal and at the same time the final result of the implementation of the systematic approach in the theory and methodology of formation of foreign language professional-oriented competence of future food industry engineers is an open nonlinear system which combines methodological, didactic, principles and approaches. The concept of research integrates theoretical and methodological, technological and methodological paradigms of formation of foreign language professional competence of future food industry specialists.
