GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS AND PRINCIPLES OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STATE POLICY IN THE FIELD OF STATE CUSTOMS BUSINESS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of principles of realization of the state policy in the field of state customs business. The factors determining the content of state policy in the field of state customs business are considered and directly affect the provision of customs security in Ukraine. It has been established that the principles of state policy in the field of state customs practice reveal the content of the national interests of the state and determine the principles under which the competent state authorities are guided when drafting legislation on customs issues and other program documents.
