GENERAL-THEORETICAL FEATURES OF ANTI-CORRUPTION JUSTICE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of anti-corruption justice in Ukraine. Anti-corruption justice is considered in the context of the need for Ukrainian legislation to be compliant with European standards. The article provides an analysis of the provisions of the new anti-corruption legislation in Ukraine. The author cites the shortcomings and advantages of the new anticorruption legislation in Ukraine and offers suggestions on improving anti-corruption justice in Ukraine.
