GENERATION OF THE ALTERNATIVE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF THE ENTERPRISE OF THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

Abstract
The choice of a strategy provides for the generation of a large number of alternative strategies that allows achieving the desired goals. The article identifies ways to generate strategies, systematizes models and methods of selecting strategic alternatives, and defines optimal ones among them, given the possibilities and threats of the external environment of the enterprise, its inner potential, strengths and weaknesses. Based on BCG matrix, alternative enterprise development strategies are proposed for each structural unit of the hospitality industry.
