GENESIS OF SCIENTIFIC AND LEGISLATIVE APPROACHES TO STANDARDS AS SOURCES OF ENVIRONMENTAL LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted the development of environmental standards in Ukraine. A comparison of the ways of developing international standards with the standards of the USSR is carried out. The scientific views on the legal nature of environmental standards have been analyzed. The provisions of the legislation concerning the Soviet system of standards GOST and modern DSTU are considered, their influence on the formation of the field of environmental law has been studied.
