Geographic diversification of cocoa powder exports, through commercial initiatives aimed at international markets

Abstract
In the last five years, the cocoa sector has been fundamental for the country's economy, which in turn generates sources of income and employment for families and farmers; it has a large participation in international markets.Based on this, the objective is to analyze the geographic diversification of cocoa powder exports, through exports to international markets. This research has been created in order to graphically represent the export and the importance of cocoa in the economy of Ecuador, in a descriptive way it has been possible to obtain information from bibliographic sources such as commercial data, market share among others, having managed to find the inconvenience of exporting that product. Since long ago, the export and production of cocoa has expanded the economy and employment growth of some countries. Therefore, chocolate creators have for years been demanding good quality cocoa exports with excellent aroma and flavor. Ecuador has been a producer of fine and aromatic cocoa with 63% of the world's production, and its flavor has been recognized for centuries. Despite all the above conditions, its inhabitants limit their capacity for the proper utilization of this natural resource, so it is still considered a developing country, one of the greatest weaknesses of the country is its low participation in international markets
