GLOBAL EXPERIENCE OF PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGEMENT IN THE ORGANS OF JUSTICE AND PERSPECTIVES OF ITS IMPLEMENTATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines the world experience in managing public relations in the justice system. Some of the most significant aspects of the interaction between the judiciary and society in Canada, the United States, Norway, and Latvia are described. The importance of strategic planning of public relations in court is highlighted, attention is focused on the advantages of using social media. The main problems of implementation of the best foreign practices in Ukraine have been identified in the process of generalization of the experience of regulation and formation of ties between public authorities in different countries of the world, The author considers the participation of the court in community life as the fundamental principle of public relations management that is implemented in outreach programs.
