GREENING PERSPECTIVES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF FINANCE

Abstract
Different approaches to the definition of the essence of "green" finances are considered. Green loans and bonds are described us the the main tools of green finance. Сauses, possibilities and problems of the "green" financial system in Ukraine and other developing countries are analyzed. The author concludes that "green" prospects create additional opportunities for countries with emergent markets to modernize their financial systems, to attract investment in renewable energy, energy efficiency, agricultural development, small and medium-sized businesses, and so on. Ensuring circulation of "green" finance in Ukraine will allow using international financial resources to implement greenhouse gas emission reduction projects and modernize production and management of environmental, social and managerial risks.
