GROUND FOR THE EMERGENCE OF THE LEGAL RELATIONS IN THE SPHERE OF MEDICAL CARE PROVISION

Abstract
Certain grounds for the emergence of the legal relations in the sphere of medical care provision were researched in article. Legal act as a quasi ground for the emergence of the relations in this sphere was elucidated. Author’s position concerning performing actions in somebody’s else interests without proxy was provided. Such grounds for the emergence of the relations in the sphere of medical care provision as medical delict, event and saving somebody’s health and life without proxy and their legal nature was covered.
