HISTORICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF LAND LEASE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article features of development of the rent relations of land plot at various stages of socioeconomic development are analyzed. Special attention is paid to a form of the contract, term of rent of the land plot, rent forms. The rights and duties of the tenant and the lessor following from such contract are investigated.
