HISTORY OF ESTABLISHMENT LEGAL REGULATION OF DEPARTMENT OF LABOR SECURITY

Abstract
Safety in historical and legal terms is a regulatory institution that has a long and, most importantly, the formation of a special story. It includes a variety of provisions contained in acts of legislation of the various states. It is quite natural that the appearance of human labor protection is directly related to the appearance of his work. At the same time, the legal regulation of labor protection came a bit later. The article examines the history of formation of legal regulation of labor protection in Ukraine, Russia, Britain, France and the United States. In the scientific article contains the idea of the origin of the individual elements in Ukraine normative-legal institute of labor protection since the 15th century.
