HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AS A FACTOR SUCCESSFUL ENTERPRISE OF HOTEL AND TOURISM BUSINESS

Abstract
Purpose to justify the need for staff development and analyze its impact on the competitiveness of enterprises of hotel and tourist business in the current economic conditions. Methodology of research. To achieve this goal in the article used methods: induction and deduction, theoretical synthesis, systematic approach to determine the nature of the economic management personnel at the enterprises of hotel and tourist business; tabular and graphic for visual images submitted data; abstract-logic to summarize the theoretical positions, formulated conclusions and proposals. Methods of analysis and synthesis of conclusions on the feasibility and possibility of practical use of research results. Findings. Analyzed trends in the development of hotel and tourism business in Ukraine. Proved that to improve the situation in the hotel industry can be due to the development of a new concept of personnel management, which will be based on maintaining its labor activity, competence development and creating conditions for the fullest possible detection capabilities and personal abilities. The necessity of computer literacy of staff and use of Internet technologies for the provision of hotel and tourism services to meet the needs of customers in reducing the cost of services and save time, to receive them. It is proved that for proper operation of the staff of travel companies and hotels a favorable working climate should be created. Originality consists in the development of practical recommendations for improving the system of personnel management at the enterprises of hotel and tourist business. Practical value lies in the fact that the main provisions of the study in the form of practical recommendations can be used at the enterprises of hotel and tourist businesses to organize activities of personnel management.
