ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM FOR EFFICIENCY MANAGEMENT OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES IN THE INTEGRATED CORPORATE SYSTEMS

Abstract
Purpose analysis of essence and necessity organizationally economic to the mechanism of management of economic activity in the computer-integrated corporate systems and ground of expedience of forming effective efficiency organizationally economic to the mechanism which would be instrumental in the increase of competitiveness of the Ukrainian enterprises. Methodology of research. In basis of researches works are fixed both scientific (analysis, supervision) and special, methods of cognition. The methods of analysis and supervision are used for research and ground of expedience of development and realization effective organizationally economic to the mechanism. The methods of cognition are used for the analysis of design times organizationally economic to the mechanism. Findings. It is well-proven that questions, which touch the necessity of forming effective organizationally economic, acquire the special actuality a mechanism which would be instrumental in the increase of competitiveness of the Ukrainian enterprises on the modern stage. It is well-proven that in scientific literature of the unique approach in relation to determination of essence organizational and economic mechanism scientists do not have, that is why this problem of the actuality did not lose and for today needs research and generalization. It is marked that functioning organizationally economic shows up the mechanism of management of economic activity of the computer-integrated corporate systems efficiency in the aggregate of economic instruments and methods. Grounded, that all greater value for forming effective and effective organizationally economic to the mechanism of management efficiency in the computer-integrated corporate systems in the conditions of world financial crisis the strategic analysis of external environment acquires economic activity. A conclusion is done, that forming effective organizationally economic will be instrumental in a mechanism to the decision of one of major problems of modern menage – increase of competitiveness of the Ukrainian enterprises. Originality consists in the ground of expedience of forming effective organizationally economic to the mechanism which would be instrumental in the increase of competitiveness of the Ukrainian enterprises. Practical value consists in that the substantive provisions of this research in form methodical recommendations can be used enterprises for development and realization effective organizationally economic to the mechanism.
