HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN MICRO ENTERPRISES – LIMITATIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES

Abstract
This article relates to the specifics of personnel management in micro-enterprises. In the first part of the paper the limitations and errors concerning human resource management characteristic of Polish domestic micro-enterprises are discussed. A key part of the work was devoted to the presentation of opportunities that small businesses have because of their limited employment needs. In particular, attention was paid to the ability to individualize the processes of human resource management. The concept and steps concerning the implementation of individual sets of motivators (ISM) and individual development plans (IDP) are presented. The theoretical considerations discussed were enriched with the results of previous empirical studies, which are available in the literature and in the reports of other studies.
