Identification of Effective and Strategic Indicators in Construction Projects through Integration of AHP and Balanced Score Card

Abstract
One of the significant principles in management development is utilization of scientific methods of decision making in each organization. The challenge that chief executives encounter is to examine the scientific performance of their executive units effectually. In this study, the indicators of construction projects applied all around the worlds are selected, localized, categorized concerning four methods of balanced score card including the important standing in performance assessment, and the quota of each index or sub-index in accomplishment of a project is recognized. The result of this study will be employed in designing the models of performance assessment of construction projects. Furthermore, the present results can be utilized for different organizations.
