IMPACT OF THE BIOECONOMY DEVELOPMENT ON NATIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of this study is to determine the main scientific bases of the influence of the bioeconomy development on the national economy. Methodology of research. There are used methods of theoretical generalization – deduction (when structuring of research, studying of the subject as a whole, the unity and interdependence of its individual components), induction (when formation of general conclusions regarding the conducted research), abstract-logical and synthesis (when clarification of the interpretations of the categorical instrumentation of the research topic), analysis (when studying trends in the development of the bioeconomy in the world and Ukraine, processing the results) and historical (when studying the evolution of the development of approaches to the economic essence of the term bioeconomy) Findings. The article considers modern views on the trends in the development of bioeconomy in EU and Ukraine, analyzes the main scientific bases for the impact of the bioeconomy development at the national level, identifies the main obstacles to the bioeconomy development. The innovative state policy should be an important prerequisite for the bioeconomy development. Originality. As a result of the study, it was established that the bioeconomy development is an urgent task in Ukraine today, taking into account the need to overcome dependence on fossil energy sources on the one hand, and the European integration vector of the country’s development on the other. To ensure the bioeconomy development in Ukraine, it is necessary to implement an integrated and systematic approach that will create a system of state regulation of the development of alternative energy sources in Ukraine. Practical value. Providing in aggregate regulatory, legal, financial, economic, production, technological, and information conditions for the biocenology development will help to raise the level of the national economy.
