IMPLEMENTATION OF A PROJECT TO INCREASE STUDENTS' INTEREST IN MODERN PROFESSIONS IN SCHOOL EDUCATION

Abstract

The integration of career awareness projects in school education plays a crucial role in preparing students for the demands of the modern workforce. This article explores the implementation of a project designed to increase students' interest in contemporary professions by incorporating interactive learning methods and technological tools. The study examines the effectiveness of career-oriented activities, including hands-on workshops, expert talks, and digital career simulations. Results indicate a significant improvement in students' understanding of career pathways and their motivation to explore various professional fields. The discussion highlights key challenges, such as resource limitations and the need for teacher training, while offering insights into best practices for project implementation. The findings suggest that integrating career awareness initiatives into the curriculum can positively influence students' future aspirations and career choices. This research contributes to the ongoing discourse on enhancing school education through career-oriented learning strategies and provides recommendations for expanding such initiatives in different educational settings.
