Implementation of custom formalities in case of import of commodities to Ukraine by freight motor-car transport vehicles

Abstract
The article is sanctified to research of custom formalities with the selection of operating on each of them, which is executed in case of import of commodities to Ukraine by freight motor-car transport vehicles. It is set that the point of delivery of truck and commodities can be both a point of admission and subdivision of custom registration, which is on considerable distance from the state boundary of Ukraine. It is offered to Ministry of finance of Ukraine to work out and accept a normative act in relation to working out in detail of order of implementation of custom formalities on a motor transport.
