IMPROVEMENT OF STATE FINANCIAL SUPPORT RELATIONS AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF ECONOMY

Abstract
The article analyzes the importance of maintaining the proper level of existence and development of the agrarian sector of our country's economy in order to ensure the food security of the population of the country as a necessary condition for the existence of mankind. It is determined that the implementation of agricultural production involves the systematic use of a certain part of the additional profits to increase the volume of agricultural production. As a result of the analysis of domestic legislation, in particular the Law of Ukraine "On State Support to Agriculture of Ukraine", it was established that this normative act determines the bases of the state policy in the budget, credit, price, regulatory and other spheres of state administration concerning stimulation of agricultural production and the development of the agrarian market, as well as ensuring food security of the population, however, does not contain a definition of state support as a financial and legal category. The definitions and legislative definitions of the "financial and legal principles of the state agricultural policy" as well as "state financial support" of the subjects of the agrarian sphere are defined and the results are determined from the use of such support in agricultural production, preservation of natural resources, and ensuring the development of rural areas.
