IMPROVEMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF ADMINISTRATION OF MARITIME INDUSTRY MARKET OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with ways of enhancement of administration of the maritime industry market of Ukraine, an increase of the port sector competitiveness, a harmonization of standards of sea ports with the European. Measures for creating favourable conditions for the attraction of private investments on the development of objects of port infrastructure are determined. Conditions of providing their state guarantees and investor protection are researched.
