Incentive mechanisms as a factor of enterprise efficiency increasing

Abstract
Introduction. The current state of the economy requires enterprises to increase strategic activity, which is possible in the conditions of constructing their effective incentive mechanisms for strategic management. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the incentive mechanism as a factor for enterprise efficiency improving. In light of increased competition, there is a need to find new tools for the strategic activity increasing of the enterprises and their employees. The development of strategic behavior becomes an important prerequisite for increasing competitiveness and ensuring target effectiveness of the enterprises. Results. The effectiveness of any enterprise activity depends, to a large extent, on the formation, use and development of the potential of its staff. One of the effective tools of personnel management is the labor incentive mechanism, which implements the goals and objectives of the enterprise, since work with personnel refers to the key points of any enterprise activity as a state's economy element. Based on analysis and grouping of known definitions of the concept, the labor incentive mechanism could be formulated as a set of principles, methods, forms of organizational mechanism for the formation, reproduction, development and use of personnel, the creation of optimal working conditions, its motivation and stimulation. Conclusion. The strategy of personnel management is a priority area for the formation of a competitive, highly professional, responsible and cohesive labor collective, which contributes to the achievement of long-term goals and implementation of the overall enterprise strategy. An effective labor incentive mechanism, an individual approach to each employee can lead to an increase in labor productivity, and as a result, to the desired goal and achieve the main mission of the enterprise - the maximum possible profit. Effectively built mechanism of motivation affects the entire process of enterprise operation, improves the results of its activities and can strengthen the position of the enterprise in the competitive struggle.
