INFLUENCE OF BUDGET DECENTRALIZATION ON LOCAL BUDGET IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The effect of fiscal decentralization reform on local budgets is researched. The results of budget decentralization for 2014-2017 years are analyzed. An assessment of state support for community development and infrastructure development has been conducted. The separate indicators of monitoring of financial capability of UTC (united territorial community) are investigated. The directions of increasing the efficiency of realization of budget decentralization reform implementation are identified.
