INFLUENING CRIMES AS A PRELIMINARY INITIATING THE SPECIAL PURPOSE OF PUNISHMENT

Abstract
The article deals with the concept and content of pending crime. An analysis of legal literature on the subject of research is underway. An analysis of the relationship between the pending crime and the stages of the crime is conducted. It was established that the commission of an unfinished crime, that is, its termination at the stage of cooking and assassination, greatly reduces its social danger and causes it when applying the special principle of the punishment. It is determined that committing an unfinished crime is a prerequisite for the application of the special principle of the imposition of a punishment. It was stated that there was no clear definition of the relationship between the stage at which the crime was stopped and the frequency of punishment.
