THE SYSTEMS OF COMPULSORY ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS: NEW OPINION ON THE CLASSIFICATION

Abstract
The scientific article has analyzed the foreign operational experience of international systems of compulsory enforcement of judgments and judicial acts of other authorities, introduced the new classification of compulsory enforcement models, and with the help of comparative method, it has also outlined the positive aspects of modular system of compulsory enforcement for its possible implementation in Ukraine. According to the adoption of the new legislation, the article has researched the problematic of implementing the new model of compulsory enforcement of judgments and judicial acts of other authorities for the purposes of utilization of the new private enforcement institute and has recommended the approaches of its resolution. Based on the number of recommendations that has been described in the article, the emphasis is made on the need of extending the list of the powers of private enforcement officers in Ukraine.
