Abstract
The article analyzes the leading role of the information influence of the social consciousness. The author described the reasons and factors of formation of the political tolerance and political culture of society in the context of modern information changes. The article deals with the Influence of manipulation technologies on the formation of a political choice. Focusing on the creation of the political relationship and social opinions in the influence of activities of information technologies.
