INNOVATIVE MODEL OF UKRAINIAN AGRICULTURAL SECTOR’S DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
Main goal of conducted research is to propose the innovative model of Ukrainian agricultural sector’s development. In the paper the analysis of investment, innovation and intellectual elements of Ukrainian agricultural market is conducted. Main obstacles, which interrupt this economic sector, are defined. Among them we allocate, such basic obstacles, such as lack of state and financial support to the agricultural enterprises and farms, and agricultural sector, generally. Innovative model of Ukrainian agricultural sector’s development is proposed. It must consist from such elements as scientific, technical and technological, economic, managerial, legal, institutional and educational ones.
