Integrated holding companies in the post-crisis period of the agricultural sector of Ukraine

Abstract
Holdings in the Ukraine as a social and economic phenomenon emerged in the early 2000 s. Their formation and rapid development caused by favorable tax environment and institutional activity, low-cost resources. The lack of significant competition caused their dominance in the domestic market. Nevertheless, there are a number of threats that are listed structure causing its activities. This applies to environmental degradation in rural areas, loss of jobs, tax evasion .
