INTERNATIONAL LEGAL PRINCIPLE OF THE NONUSE OF FORCE OR THREAT OF FORCE IN THE CONTEXT OF ACTIONS AGAINST UKRAINE BY THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract
Analyzed the history of the formation and the normative content of the principle of nonuse or threat of force – in the Statute of the UN Declaration of Principles in 1970 and the Final Act of 1975. Analyzed the ratio of corresponding rights and the duties of states in the structure principle and its regulations. It emphasizes the importance of this principle in the context of action against the Russian Federation in Ukraine.
