International legal standards of the right to health protection

Abstract
The right to health occupies a leading role among other subjective rights in contemporary international law. Now, more than ever, not only the recognition and legislative consolidation of international legal norms, but also their actual implementation in the life of each state is important. The article examines the international legal standards of the right to health care. The author examines international treaties, conventions and other international legal acts on the issues of the realization, provision, protection and protection of the right to health. International legal standards in the field of health care are those principles contained in the international legal acts on human rights, principles and norms defining the content and scope of human rights in the field of health, which Ukraine must abide. For today, as clearly stated in international law in the field of health, not only requires States to ensure the consolidation of fundamental human rights and freedoms in international agreements, but give the person the right to demand that the state fulfill its international obligations. The right to health protects the relations of formal equality and freedom of all members of society. It plays an increasingly active role in achieving the main goals of social policy. Its implementation contributes to the growth of the welfare of the people, strengthening the principle of social justice, improving the quality of life.
