INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS TO PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF CHILDREN IN ARMED CONFLICTS

Abstract
The scientific article is deboited to the scientific analysis of bases of forming of mechanism of protection of rights for children found in the zone of armed conflict. It is certain that in accordance with Convention of UNO about rights for a child and Genevan conventions and protocols primary help must be ensured for children in case of their being in the zone of armed conflict. In particular the state of children as part of citizenry have been investigated, in connection with the requirements of their rights.
