Internet Technology and their Impact for the modern electoral process

Abstract
The article examines the new Internet technologies in political processes, in particular in the electoral process, at the present stage of the global information society. Electoral Internet technologies are analyzed in terms of influence on the voter’s consciousness in comparison with other electoral technologies and other channels of communication. An important issue of analysis is the change in the rules of conduct of election campaigns through the Internet.
