Interpersonal Interaction in the Future Air Traffic Controllers Communicative Skills’ Formation.

Abstract

The article deals with interpersonal interaction in the future air traffic controllers communicative skills’ formation. For future aviation specialists to obtain knowledge of special subjects is of paramount importance. But modern educational technologies based on dialogic interaction are aimed at creating communicative environment in order to develop interpersonal cooperation of higher school participants. The main task of the research is to analyze scientists’ theoretical approaches according to the problem of interpersonal interaction. The importance of interpersonal interaction effectiveness in the communication mode "a student is a student" and "a teacher is a student" is highlighted in the article. A teacher of aviation higher school is specified as a person who provides conditions for pedagogical interaction and students’ interpersonal interaction. The organization of dialogic communication is one of the main teacher’s objectives. It goes without saying that communication in educational interaction ensures high level of teachers’ and students’ activity; creates favorable conditions for students’ emotional atmosphere and successful psychological processes. Interpersonal interaction is determined as a form of social relations within direct communication of individuals is realized. The paper also defines the leading role of interpersonal interaction in the future air traffic controllers communicative skills’ formation. It’s proven that comfort in pedagogical interaction is ensured by interpersonal perception of individuals of pedagogic process.
