Introducing the affect of using programing system of organizational Resources on Working Process of Isfahan Iron Factory

Abstract
Purpose of this study is to analyze the affect of using enterprise resource planning system on working process of Isfahan Iron Factory. This study is a descriptive correlative research and tools of survey are questionnaire. Population of the research are for groups that are users of enterprise resource planning system, systems and information experts, main users, and employer that are totally 750 individuals. Size of the samples was determined using Kokran formula and 110 personnel were selected. After data collection, data were analyzed using SPSS19 software. Result of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between change management, structure, efficiency, education, jobs and working guidelines, control, arrangements and domesticating, and enterprise resource planning system, i.e. enterprise resource planning system influences on working process of Isfahan Iron Factory.
