ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ПРОЦЕССА ПАРОФАЗНОГО КАТАЛИТИЧЕСКОГО ОКИСЛЕНИЯ МЕТИЛОВОГО СПИРТА

Abstract

Based on the kinetic model, a theoretical optimization of the process of qaz-phase catalytic oxidation of methanol to formic acid was carried out. For this purpose, the equations of the kinetic model were integrated? As a result of which the whole range of solutions was obtained. As the controlled factors, the molar ratios of reagents, the volumetric rate of the gas phase, the partial pressure of methanol and oxygen are taken. The optimization criterion is the maximum yield of formic acid per unit volume of catalyst. As a result of theoretical optimization, optimal process parameters were found.
