ISSUES OF EFFECTIVE USE OF PERSONNEL AT UKRAINIAN ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article analyzes processes of effective use of personnel at enterprises of Ukraine. The concept of labor force, labor resources is considered. The attributive char¬acteristic of the labor force and allocation of labor resources by branches of Ukraine is analyzed. The article examines the problem questions of management of the use of personnel of enterprise efficiency.
