ISSUES RELATED TO NUTRITION IN PREGNENAT WOMEN

Abstract
During pregnancy nutrition related problem is the one of the most common problem. Because most of the rural womans are lacking awareness about the consumption of adequate nutrition during pregnancy in mother compared to urban woman. During pregnancy her body goes through numerous physical and hormonal changes. So, her body has increased nutritional needs during pregnancy. Hence she require more special diet. If she does not take that special diet during pregnancy consequently she suffers from many aliment e.g. Garbhnipandu, Dourbalyata, Akalaprasav, foetal disorders (Garbhopdrava) Upvistak, Naagodar, Leenagarbha. To prevent these problems, she should have to take balanced diet which are mentioned in our classics in different context like- “Garbhiniparchriya”. Mentioned management is very helpful for pregnant woman and foetus.
