Abstract
The article briefly describes the issue of rape myth acceptance and the most important tools used for studying this construct – IRMA-SF (McMahon and Farmer, 2011) i AMMSA (Gerger et al., 2007). The text also mentions current study of reliability of the Polish version of IRMA-SF and the hypotheses concerning its validity. The last part of article explains why studying rape myth acceptance is so important.
