JUSTICE AS CATEGORY AND PRINCIPLE OF CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article is devoted to a justice research as all-legal category and principle of criminal procedure. It is established that the content of justice as fundamental, complex, system legal category, it can be formulated only by the focusing list of components of the general character. The attention to need of justification and standard fixing in provisions of the criminal procedural law of justice as one of the general principles of criminal proceedings and features of its action in this sphere as all-legal principle is focused.
