Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the emergence and development of procedural norms in the territory of Ukraine in the antique age. The analysis of legal disputes in the antique policies that existed on the territory of Ukraine was analyzed. The author distinguishes the main features of the procedural law of Athens and the states of the Northern Black Sea coast.
